Twin Torque Service

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Twin Torque Service (“we”, “us”) handles your personal data when you use this website, and the choices you have. We only collect what we need to answer your enquiries and run the site.

Data controller

The controller of your data is Twin Torque Service, ul. Chodecka 1D, 03-332 Warszawa. For any privacy matter you can reach us by email at tts.warsztat@gmail.com or by phone at +48 730 617 001.

What data we collect

When you use the booking form we receive the name, phone number, e-mail address, preferred date and message you provide, so we can contact you and arrange your visit. Our hosting provider also records standard technical logs (such as your IP address and browser) needed to deliver and secure the site.

Cookies and third-party tools

By default we use only strictly necessary cookies — they store your cookie choice (the “tts_consent” cookie) and keep the site working. Google Analytics 4 also runs by default, but in a privacy-preserving, cookieless mode (Google Consent Mode): until you consent it sets no cookies and does not identify you. Only with your consent do we load, or switch to cookies for, the following:

  • Google Analytics 4 — with consent, full traffic analytics using cookies; without consent, only anonymous, cookieless measurement (Google Ireland Ltd).
  • Google Ads / Google Tag Manager — advertising, remarketing and conversion measurement (Google Ireland Ltd).
  • Crisp — live chat so you can message us (Crisp IM SARL, France).
  • Google Maps — the interactive map showing our location (Google Ireland Ltd).

Google Ads, the live chat and Google Maps do not load at all until you accept them in the cookie banner. Google Analytics loads by default but only in anonymous, cookieless mode, and uses cookies only with your consent. These providers may process data outside Poland under their own privacy terms.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of: your consent (analytics, advertising and chat cookies); the steps needed to arrange a service at your request (booking form); and our legitimate interest in running, securing and improving the site, including anonymous, cookieless traffic measurement.

Data retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and meet our legal obligations, then delete it.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct or erase it, restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).

Changing or withdrawing consent

You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time — using the button below or the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
