How often should the air conditioning be serviced?
We recommend disinfection and a check once a year, and a refrigerant recharge on average every 2–3 years, when cooling becomes less effective.
Where does the unpleasant smell from the vents come from?
It is usually bacteria and mould on the evaporator plus a worn cabin filter. System disinfection and a new filter remove the problem.
How long does an air conditioning recharge take?
A standard recharge with a leak check usually takes about an hour. We report any faults before starting the work.
